- This summery cap sleeved Kelly Dress has the usual full circle skirt (approx 30″ waist to hem), piped cummerbund, gathered saddle shoulder detail and rouleaux loop button fastening on bodice. This dress can easily be dressed up with a co-ordinating linen mix or silk jacket (see Jacket Section of website) or, without the net petticoat as pictured, worn less formally – a lovely femenine summer frock!
