- The lush tropical florals make this cap sleeved Kelly Circle Dress the ultimate in summery femininity. The dress has all the usual features of our wonderful Kelly – flattering shirt collar, gathered detail at saddle shoulder, truly full circle skirt (approx 33″ waist to hem) with side pockets , piped cummerbund and covered button and rouleaux loop fastening at front bodice and, for that extra touch of luxury, the piping and buttons are in silk.
